a)The specific duties and responsibilities necessarily related to the employee's position, and

b)The bearing, if any, the conviction(s) for which the employee was previously convicted will have on his/her fitness or ability to perform one or more duties or responsibilities of his/her position.

c)The date of the investigation to the date of conviction, release from custody, or the termination of parole, whichever date occurs last

d)The age of the employee at the time the conviction(s) occurred.

In addition, Employee must disclose if he/she is on probation for any crime for which he/she has been convicted. Employees who are required to drive as part of their responsibilities with Makotek must present and maintain a valid drive's license. Additionally, employee must present and maintain valid auto insurance for the work vehicle. This insurance must satisfy statutory insurance liability limits. Background checks and MVR's will be performed on recurring basis as directed by local client policy (usually once per year) Local policy will supersede in locations where local requirements are more stringent.
